Pilies Apartments – for those who like city life but appreciate privacy
Until recently, the Neris coast in the centre of Vilnius was a rare living space. But recently there have been new blocks of apartments here, which include the Pilies Apartments – translated – “Castle Apartments”. On an area of 1.4 ha, there are seven low-rise buildings that house 187 flats and administrative rooms. Some of the flats have a view of the river and Gediminas Castle. By the architects’ choice, each building of the Pilies Apartments is unique in form and detail.

Durable facades that withstand extreme conditions
The building colours and architectural styles have been chosen so that the new flats are organically furnished and complement the urban view of the city centre. Only state-of-the-art, high-quality and durable materials were used for the project. Our clinker brick slips Dresden smooth NF 240 x 71 x 10 mm were used for the facades of the Pilies Apartments residential area.

Planning from classic to modern
On each floor of the building there are five to seven one- to four-room flats with an area of 41 to 122 m². Classic and modern were combined to create a unique home and creative living innovations.
